Coffee

The simplest thing. It seems harmless and it mostly is but for some people myself especially it can bring anxiety. I loooovvvee coffee and for awhile I cut back to none and a decaf on the weekends. I felt so much more peace along with the self love I was doing. I then started doing one cup a day which was a significant drop down from my usually couple of cups a day before I stopped. Well one cup makes me just as anxious. So I have come to terms that it is better I don't and do decaf or none at all. Moral of the story here is your diet can make you feel bad and in turn can mess up your vibes. Figure out what feels good for you.
