This was something I used to struggle with and put off, I find myself getting better at it now and I thought I'd share the pages that have helped me out!

It was one of those pages that gave me the idea to use my scripts as a guide, I was surprised I'd never thought of that one before.

Agnes vivarelli with John kironde.
From 21:30 to 24:00 he mentioned that story and get to the visualizing point about tone in visualisation. It was important to keep in mind while visualizing, even you do for you or others. This is really helpful to not make mistake.
