Please help

How do you prevent something from happening? Like how do you manifest something into not happening? There is something that might happen the upcoming days that I really don't want, which is why I am asking.

Focusing on that focuses on what you don't want so therefore you get that. The law doesn't know bad from good just your dominate feelings and thoughts. So you focus on the outcome you do want not the one you don't.

I'd rather not write out the full story, but there's a risk that someone has found out about something which I don't want them to know about.

Even then it's really about controlling your thoughts no one can do that for you but you trust me I know it's hard but only you can do that. I would focus on things that make you happy it's not gonna be easy at first but do that tell yourself at this current moment you cannot do anything and that is ok. Be present

Okay so, I thought about it a bit and I think I identified one of the things causing my resistance regarding this. Since I have been worrying far more than feeling good since I found out about the thing making me feel worried and anxious, I fear that the ratio of me feeling good vs me feeling bad is too low. And, since this (things turning out the way I want to) has to manifest rather quickly (within days), I feel like I'm too far behind the "feeling good and letting out good vibrations", if that makes any sense? So my question is, how important is the amount of time spent feeling good? Something in me keeps thinking I have to feel good for a really long time for it to manifest.

Even though the amount of positive energy is less than negative energy? Will less positive energy "win" over more negative energy in manifestation purposes?

Can a physically strong person who puts little effort into what they are doing overthrow a physically weak person?
