So my guy did contact me..on my bday and then just this weekend. So he said he loved me on the text and when he did this weekend it was just a YouTube clip of a love song by Luther Vandross If Only For One Night. But when I replied...I got NOTHING BACK:/
if I'm honest, I'm not mad at all but confused...like free will allowed him to do it. My energy obviously was felt. But then what? Anyone know what this is? Keep going I KNOW, but gosh, how do you view this...progress or a glitch..moment of weakness?
I know he loves me. Just not sure why he won't talk to me. We didn't even have a fight.

It's breadcrumbing (I've learned it has a name) - they do it to keep people on the back burner. As to why, or how to change it, I don't know. It is weird.

Hmm. I never considered that. Almost negative in a way not positive at all. Here I thought oh how sweet but now I see it is manipulation.

Focus on the fact that he contacted you and if was positive?

One thing that confuses me is. Why people believe in loa but tend to think of things in a non loa way most of the time
I mean. I’m not saying don’t use common sense or don’t think practical. But with loa you’re suppose to be more of a “dreamer” or more fairy tale based
With loa you’re suppose to think of things more on a positive side(especially if you’re still happy even without the specific person, I mean why not? What do you have to lose)
For you. Of course non loa and practical thinking would be. “He’s manipulating me to keep me around”. But if you believe that, what’s the sense of believing in loa? Where basically anything can happen if you’re in alignment?
A more loa way. Would be to look at it on a positive side and know you’ll get things you want
Ugh. Times like this is when I wish people like Cherished,Sam,etc still came on here

I agree with you. That wasn't the OP's belief at first, she was just confused, but sadly after the non-LOA reply she got it appears that she now thinks that as well. It's all too easy to believe the worst case scenario or at least something negative in the non-LOA world. I thought forums such as this were to help and encourage a more positive attitude of creating one's own reality, not reinforcing what the rest of the world thinks.

When I first came here(November of 2015) I would be confused as well. And the people who were on here at the time, would always tell you how loa is.
This forum really isn’t an loa forum anymore, from what it feels

I know what you mean, but I think there are still some people here doing their best to follow LOA. I haven't been here as long as you, so I don't know how much better it was when you joined.

I agree. . This situation is a prime example. This situation was a positive turned into negative I feel. I feel that she was getting good momentum manifesting and then asked and got a negative response and then decided loa wasn't working when it was. I know that some people are trying to help and that's great but sometimes I feel there are too many quick to be negative this is not a positive manifestation responses. So I agree it's not completely loa based anymore. I'm feeling happy and positive today and I know loa works. I just wished she would keep going and know that this is seems to me like small steps that it was working and she just needed to keep it up.

the whole point of loa is to NOT over-analyze things. You received a good sign yet you try to interpret it in a negative way. Think positive and go with the flow, and stop over analyzing everything, let things come to you and you'll be fine.
