Morning Blues

Neville Goddard says that the best time to impregnate your subconcious is just prior to sleep, in that sleepy state. Many others say that visualizing or imagining the end result and feeling it is best just before the sleep.

I agree. I do it regularly, and it feels so real and satisfactory. I sleep with a smile.

But then, when i wake up in the morning, reality hits me! Like it was not real! Now i know that that lack-feeling will actually bring me backwards. And it takes some efforts to get back into the Positive 'wish-fulfilled' state.

HOW TO BEAT THESE MORNING BLUES!

Do you guys follow any morning procedures to get started with positivity? What are your techniques? How do you stay in the state even in the next day?

Kindly help

You are the creator of your reality! Say to yourself I'm working on it, I can't see it yet but I'm going to be there!

I imagine him lying next to me and I hear him saying 'Goodmorning babydoll' ( he calls me babydoll) then I imagine him giving me a morning kiss...it fills me with joy.

My girlfriend always calls me love so I visualize that my girlfriend is cuddling with me and says good morning my love I'm so happy to have you and I love you so much just like she always used to do
