Hi Selfloveiskey, you are absolutely right. Yes, it did work in some way ๐Ÿ˜€. From past two days I'm feeling so light and happy. I keep repeatedly telling myself 'I love myself ' and I think my subconscious mind is responding to it.
You and I have interacted before and I know that you are a strong person. The real mantra is in your pseudo name itself ' self love is definitely the key'.

I sometimes feel like I overthink too much about my visualizations. I want to just relax and do it with confidence knowing I did it well and that it reached him. I want to be happy in knowing I've "placed my order" and he's on his way to me!

What I do is I tell myself just relax even while I'm doing it. Also have you tried soft meditation music in the background ? Find one that really relaxes you ( so listen before you start) gives you a good feeling. Use that and that helps relax you as well YouTube has a lot

Thanks! I actually have only done Lanie's MP3 meditations. I feel relaxed, but she references an alpha state and that's when I worry a little. Idk if I'm in that specific state

If you are worrying about it you are taking away from that the key is to be very relaxed

I know these things like alpha state can be super confusing. ย I would try to just be glad you are relaxed. ย In my opinion, that's all it takes I honestly know nothing about the alpha state or any other state and have manifested many amazing things So, the key is your belief within yourselfย

Thank you, Veronica! I really appreciate it. I have to say, I am only finishing day 4 of your challenge and it's so easy and light. I am do have a lot of self love. I just get myself worried with these visualizations because the techniques seem so simple, I think I overthink and it over complicates it!

By the help of her book i visualised & applied her tips & on 33rd day of my challenge. She texted me. You will get update soon. Apply it simple. Don't go in too deep knowledge sometimes it will confuse you.

It's so great to have the wonderful support from everyone here! I am so grateful for everyone here. It calms me down and makes me feel so good.

Quick question though. If the challenge is 25 days. How did yours last for 33??

And you're so right about applying it simply and to not overthink. Thank YOU!
