How can I visualize one of my targets reaching out to me to ask me on another date through RS?

I can suggest Lanie Stevens books to you, those are empowering and a good read.

When you do RS/visualize. Make sure you're in a good mood/happy. Don't do it while feeling desperate or any negative feelings

I did it last night when I was exhausted owing to work. I didn't feel negative, just tired out. I finished up drifting away and not concentrating. I wouldn't call it negative though.
