All Effort Feels Wasted

Hello everyone.

My ex-boyfriend and I broke up at the beginning of May. I slowly got myself back together emotionally and around the middle of July, I discovered LOA. I've practiced techniques and my vibrations have been high. I successfully manifested us going out for brunch and overall maintaining contact. He calls and texts first. We've hung out. It was going well but earlier today, he tells me he still feels that although we shared a genuine love, there was still some incompatibility issues. I feel like the Universe has slowly given me what I've wanted, just to say "nevermind, just kidding." At this point, is LOA even possible?

If someone is so shut off to the idea, then is it possible? My faith is wavering. Has anyone experienced this before. If so, what was the outcome? I feel betrayed by the Universe.

Re: All Effort Feels Wasted

Maybe you started feeling/getting too attached? Or some type of resistance?   It could have even been certain limiting beliefs or  something in your subconscious

I've had something similar.     The person I like and I were doing great from march to may.  things went downwards since then

There's been flashes of what I want. But it's a tease

But for you.  Nothing is a waste.   You'll still get your desire, you just really have to fix your belief

Re: All Effort Feels Wasted

To me, it seems like there was a bit of fear with manifesting him back. In the past, was always worried about the past repeating itself if I manifested an ex back.Β

I know this is obviously easier said than done but when something negative pops up it might be beneficial to pay no mind to it, focus on the end result in itself and not the setback.Β

Re: All Effort Feels Wasted

I was in a four year relationship which ended when I went to Australia to visit a male friend and my boyfriend couldn't accept it even though there was nothing in it. We also kept in contact and got back together eventually and the circumstances were worse than basic incompatibility issues as he felt betrayed.

I ended it eventually because he kept dragging it up and I gradually fell out of love with him even though I still loved him as a friend.

I didn't apply law of attraction principles as I'd never heard of it.

What I'm saying is it actually sounds as if you are in a better position than I was!

You manifested all that within less than 2 months and you're saying it's impossible?

I know! I'd say it was a success! Need to stop worrying about timing I'd say.

Re: All Effort Feels Wasted

Its kinda why I gave up. There's this strong need for ppl to have their exes back but it doesn't always work for everyone and that's okay. That's life, I suppose.
Case in point, I was in a group dedicated to using RS and RI to get our exes back and well?
That group is dead from the neck up.
Not to sound negative but yeah sometimes **** happens in this imperfect world.
Good luck, though. ^^

Haha. This is true. It's just...I felt like I've been gaining momentum from my smaller successful manifestations. My ultimate goal was so close just for it to be shut down. I was unsure as to whether or not the Universe is ultimately telling me to stop or testing my limits.

He says I''m more social than him, etc. In my opinion, they wouldn't hinder a relationship if you don't let them. We were best friends before dating and clicked immediately when we met. We both agreed that our bond was unique and one never felt before. He still wants to be friends and is currently adamant about us not being able to work in a relationship...

We have the same sense of humor and share the same values and just have a great chemistry that everyone around us loves.
