I think you're thinking of it as a seperate 'thing' that you get in or out of.
That's not what Abraham means when they talk about it, they talk about the vortex being YOU in a state of gratitude, self-love, self-appreciation, positivity, confidence and happiness.
That's your 'vortex' and there won't be just one technique or meditation that will get you there, it's a combination of loads of things.
