I've read somewhere that, when your POI goes no contact with you after
You've started PW/BWD, it's actually a good sign.
How is that?

It sounds daft I know but it's a sign that it's working and they are feeling it. You're planting thoughts in their head so at first, it'll be a little overwhelming to them at first since it'll be new but over they'll back off but they'll grow to accept the feelings in time.
