We have to deal with feelings realistically, surely? For example, if you are disappointed about something that hasn't happened, or didn't turn out as you wanted? Or if you feel down for no reason? Not pretend all is OK because you don't want to drag your vibration down further?

If I feel low I usually sit with it for a bit and then write the thoughts down in a journal. Pretending you're okay when you're not from experience just makes it all feel ten times worse.Β
