How long should I ignore the current reality? It has been 6 months of NC. I had texted him but no response. No signs of any contact or following on social media. So many things (good & bad) have happened to me in these 6 months and I wanted to share a lot with him. He never called to check up on me or anything. I know we are not supposed to think negative but I feel like he never cared about me at all. Makes me wonder is it right for my self respect to keep thinking he will come back and should I even respond to him if he contacts me after he cut me off completely? It really hurts when people do this to you

To be honest, you'll need to ignore reality for the rest of your life. Not all the time, of course. You're meant to enjoy all the wonderful things that happen in reality but the moment something unwanted happens, you should be able to turn your attention away from it. Negative things will always occur. That's the joy of deliberate creation, enjoying the great things that happen but being able to recreate the stuff that sucks.
For me personally, trying to "ignore" reality isn't effective. I think it's better to accept reality in the sense of, yes, it's currently happening, BUT, feeling okay about it because you know it'll change. I like to look at current reality as a joke and laugh at it, it's actually quite amusing if you think about it. Reacting to current reality is like reading a history book and getting pissed at it. Because it'sjust the manifestation of past vibration.

This makes sense but my self respect thinks that it is better to move on and not give him another chance unless he is completely changed but the current reality is showing no signs of it. It makes me wonder just how much stubborn this guy is and is he even worth it

YAfter six months you're still thinking he doens't care about you, only becasue you see no evidence.}
But how do you know what's happening in the backstage¡
I suggest you can change your vibration of "I don't know if he cares about me" to "He loves me and wants yo be with me as much as I do"
Do it, say it, feel it, repeat it until you believe it. It is that easy.
Reality means nothing. It's just a result of your past state of being. What you're seeing now is just an echo of that past unwanted reality.

Thank you for your advice
I shall try to be as positive as I can and do this

Both good advices. I feel like you have to do what works for you
Like one of them said, you can just accept your current reality, but know that it isn't your destiny forever and you can easily change your future
Or like the other said. The current reality at this moment; is thoughts, mindsets, etc that you had in the past. But you're finally seeing it happen now
I'm sure there's other examples as well, just like anything else. You just have to do what works for you
Personally, I remember when I use to panic and get so upset/annoyed at what I'm currently seeing and let it down me. It's funny, at times, I still have that negative reaction or panic feeling. It really does take awhile to change some of these things
The other day. This girl I really like. I guess she was going through something(tbh she hasn't been herself for like a month, it has a lot to do with her job I think. But thankfully she's starting a new job soon). Well. She always use to go MIA on me at times, we've known each other for like a year. And usually at times, when she wasn't herself she went m I a. Once she went m I a for like a few months(I think this mainly was because her phone broke)
But lately. We've been getting so much closer, funny enough. On Wednesday. Something was wrong with her. So she told me she might go m I a. At first. I was upset and tried to get her not to. But then I started visualizing and stuff. It's funny. The next day(we hadn't talked all day up to that point). She posted a pic on snap. So I told her she looked gorgeous. We talked for a few mins. And that's it. But since then. We've talked a good amount this weekend
Things can change fast. She'll be my girlfriend soon. Especially once she starts getting into a better vibration herself
You just need to have faith, I've learned it's very important

The thing is, he knew I was going through some problems before we went NC. I even went on to say that I needed him and he just replied 'I knew this was coming'. So yeah that hurt pretty bad. Its nice that you have frequent contact with your girl. But I have been cut off by him completely. Part of me wishes I was the one who did that so I would not have felt so bad and rejected...
