Thinking of people

A lot of loa people say(and I agree)  if you're thinking about someone, they're thinking of you too

I'm sure, this goes along with the whole desire vs obsession thing,    You can think about someone basically all day and if you aren't sad, panicking, annoyed, etc while thinking of them, then they are also thinking of you

But if you're obsessely thinking of them and feel horrible, then it's most likely forced

But I'm sure someone who knows loa better than me can comment

Re: Thinking of people

I received a text from an old POI a long time ago. She said that she thinks about me all the time and misses me a lot. It's sweet of her, but...I didn't really think about her for months and if I did it was only fleeting - maybe less than a minute, I moved on with my life and never believed or expected that she would contact me again. When I was doing RS and thinking about her all the time, I'd get no messages from her. Anyway, I always wondered...she says she misses me and thinks about me all the time...but during that time I didn't feel the same way. So I don't believe that just because we're thinking of someone then they're thinking of us. Frankly, I think that's just something desperate and heartbroken people say to comfort themselves. It's a lot like when people say if you desire someone then that person desires you. Yeah...tell that to a rape victim. I've had female friends flirt and confess their feelings for me...but I only saw them as friends even though they wanted more. So...unless they're attracting an alternate reality version of me into their lives, then they're still just acquaintances to me. However, I do believe in telepathy...but I don't think it works like "I think of you and then you start to think of me". I think it's much deeper than that.

Those are good points.  Which makes things tricky sometimes, cause I'm pretty positive nobody desires to get raped, killed, stolen from, etc

So the what we desire thing is tricky

Since I'm not heart broken anymore and my head is clearer, I've been trying to get a better understanding of loa.  So I'm far from having all the answers.

Your first example is interesting, I'm not really sure, either.  People would bring up the resistance thing    So maybe the RS/thinking of her, still had a huge impact on her even after you gave up?  I'm not sure

About the other stuff you said, it's interesting too.   I'm not a loa expert so Idk.   But maybe it was their ego/obsession that made them like you, and not an actual desire?  Idk

Or some would say, maybe you liked them and didn't realize it

I hope.  More seasoned loa people can answer this

Curious to know more opinions about this.   Especially to what colonel said

Re: Thinking of people

In my opinion, it doesn't matter if it's true or not. After all, there is no one truth. This is something people tell themselves to feel better and if they believe it, I think that's great because belief and feeling good can only help you in your manifesting.
