I'm nowhere near an expert when it comes to loa, but based off my experiences and what people have said. I've learned these things
Our minds are really powerful, especially our subconscious minds. We can think we are being positive or having belief, etc in something But a lot of tines. We have bias views about ourselves. So we could really think we're having faith, but know we aren't and you never know what limiting beliefs your subconscious mind has
Tbh. Being positive/happy is good. But nobody is going to be happy 24/7 365. We can be happy a higher percentage of time, but it's not going to be 100 percent
The funny thing is, I've manifested things when I wasn't fully positive. But I had a strong belief in what I wanted and it happened
When it comes to ex's. Or even crushes/someone you like. You really have to try to be fully confident no matter the circumstances or what you see
You have to believe that they love/like you too, even if they haven't yet told you. Even if you think there may be someone else or other people, you have to believe you're the only one they want
And a bunch of other examples, that I can't think of at the moment

I think most people...i think time is the issue. I know that is something I sometimes struggle with.

So how can you work to overcome those if you don't know what they are? Or do we continue to unconsciously sabotage ourselves all the time and then worry why we don't get what we want?

I think most try to train themselves. And tell themselves the belief they want over and over
I haven't reached that level yet, but I know a few that have

I too have manifested things when I wasn't all that positive. I also recall Pretty Flamingo's job situation LOL. (How is that new gig going by the way??)
I'm finding that things don't have to be as precise as I originally thought.

Yup. I've realized, you just have to have a strong belief it will happen

I've seen a lot of posts from different usernames plugging this. Not that it's not a good resource but it looks suspect when seemingly different posters plug it.

For me, I keep believing that my significant other loves me and wants to be with me. A few weeks after I started seriously using LOA to manifest him back I found out that he started seeing someone new. This absolutely crushed me, but it also made me realize that I had a subconscious belief that I was second best. I say that because I think a lot of the time we don't know what our subconscious beliefs are until a situation or experience comes into our life and reveals it. At that point, we either have the option to let it defeat us or recognize it and change it for the better.
