may I ask who's the one who manifested huge amount of money, because I want to manifest like billion dollars.

Buy a lottery ticket. (Obvious action)
Get into the feeling of having already won it.
Write down what you'd spend your winnings on.
Give gratitude.
Don't doubt, worry or second guess.
Script it. Visualize it. Visualize telling people (friends and family) that you've won.
Script as much detail as possible.
Give a little money to someone (a charity, a homeless person) because what you give out comes back to you.

I set an intent to receive $300.00 extra dollars via a lottery ticket. I've received more than that amount, but it came by different ways.
Jens way is great. Another option is to open other ways for the money to reach you as well as set an intent to actually receive the items you'd buy with the money
