Not sure if it's because the full moon is coming but.a girls name keep popping in my head because in my old relationship I was super insecure and would check out all photos he liked and there is this girl. My mind knows they are just friends because he only loves me, but how can I tell it to stop bring it up? I also want to use it for when negative thoughts surface.
