Do pills affect your vibrational? I drink pain killers and sleep pills.

I'm a firm believer of what I say, but I wouldn't counter what a doctor tells you. If you're on treatment, don't leave it.

If these pills are drugs, they will drop your vibration.

However, if you're not on treatment, try and start taking less and less pills each week. Maybe you can try going to sleep one night without the sleep pills. Are you suffering from anxiety?

I do suffer from sleep anxiety and trying to get off it
Also, I'm trying to control my panic attacks with more positive statements, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.

They will only affect your vibration if you think they will. Seeing as they're supposed to make you better then they shouldn't affect your vibration.

I'm on medication for mental health issues and they don't really affect my vibration unless like Jen has said, I let them.
The meds are to help me and I leave the mental health conditions to the medication and my doctors. That's not my job to fret about.
