Hi all, its alittle off topic I know but if you don't ask ull never know ;)
I'm a smoker and Iv finally decided I don't need cigarettes as a crutch in my life.
Any tips or experiences would be greatfully appreciated.

Absolutely you can use loa for this!
During my teens I had quite severe anorexia (that may not sound like an addiction, but basically it is in the sense that you are addicted to starving yourself and being in control), and loa was one of the most important tools I used for my recovery.
In my case I would use creative visualization to imagine myself at a healthy weight, sitting down at a table to eat "normal" food, enjoying a normal and happy life, etc.
In your case you could use a similar method for your smoking habit. For example, if there are certain times of day where you generally reach out for a cigarrette (say, after a meal), then go into a relaxed state and imagine yourself doing things differently, and not lighting up (for example you could see yourself getting up from the table and going to wash the dishes). You could imagine how great you are starting to feel and how wonderful your skin is looking, and how suddenly the smell of nicotene revolts you, etc.
