Yes. RS creates a psychic link between the two of you. I can tell when my guy is having a bad day or trouble sleeping. Meditation helps.

I never really thought about that.
But now that you mention it.
I my self have been feeling really great the past 2-3 months.
But all of last week and this week, I've been feeling really low.
I haven't been doing my usual meditation and PW.
And now, after reading your question, I am wondering if it because my POI is feeling low at the moment.
Cause my low vibration came out of nowhere.

So I did Lanie's PW technique for the first time last night and I was doing pretty well this morning after I woke up and the day was good too but then suddenly a while ago, I started feeling low and started thinking about all the whys our relationship didn't work out in the past. So I just started to let them pass, I thought them and let them go. A few seconds into this, I felt a strong feeling that HE is thinking about these things. And I am not making any mistake because I did PW last night and in the technique I asked him to tell me he has forgiven me. So yeah...
