looking for Answers please help!
Hello everyone blessings to all
its been more than a year now since my ex and i broke up and im glad things are how they are i have no issues now with being single, meeting new people, just doing me.
but for some weird reason now ive been thinking about her,in some cases positively and in most not so good
im super over the relationship but i would like to know why im still thinking about her to this day

Not anymore,when the break up was fresh i did a whole lot but i gave up on that part, i seem to find that its better not to. but i was on a good period of where i wasn't thinking about her and it was great!
just recently i just began to think of her like if the break up was fresh...
