Yes, not only once. I lost touch with my best friend in elementary school and years later, she popped up in my confirmation group. I recently met a girl who has been in my choir, but I left for a while and when I came back, she was gone. I had no chance to contact her. Within a few months, I saw her three times and we finally exchanged contact information. A girl I was friends with in school really annoyed me to that time and I was glad that I lost touch with her. But after a few years, I felt the need to contact her and now we meet up once a year or so.
