You have to train your mind . Something I do is I wear a rubber bracelet and every time I have a negative thought I snap it and switch it to the other hand. And it makes me end up laughing because of how many times Iβm switching it. Itβs like wow I never realized I was so negative. And it just makes it silly and kind of lightens my mood if I am feeling negative and t helps me be more aware of my thoughts and controlling them
