I need help with being in vortex, raising vibrations and feeling good!

I need help with being in the vortex, raising vibratitions and feeling good.  

How do you know you are in the vortex and/or stay in the vortex?  

How do you raise your vibrations and keep them high?

I am in the process of attracting these things:

1.  Attract more than enough money to pay bills and enjoy life (traveling, hobbies..etc)
2.  Become my own boss making money doing something creative (music/songwriting, making jewelry, art, acting in movies etc.)
3.  Live in an orgranized home and have an oranized life
4.  Live a healthy lifestyle-get in shape, run a half marathon without stopping
5.  Buy a house
6.  Buy a car and pay the full price at time of purchase
7.  Attract back a  specific man into my life: with him initiating contact, friendship, dating and more.  
8.  Travel in and around Europe

How do I get in the vortex, rasing vibrations and feeling good about all of these......

For me, "getting into the vortex" means feeling anywhere from appreciation to joy, happiness, peace, ease... And to train myself into that vibration more consistently has taken effort. I had many things going on in my life that saw me right down at despair. And they were not easy things to dismiss. I lost my mother to cancer 2 years ago,  and she missed meeting her first granddaughter by 2 days.  So I had no mother,  and a brand new baby, and a WHOLE lot of negative momentum going.  I was bitter,  furious,  devastated,  exhausted and lost.  OMG I shudder just recalling it. That's why I don't like to talk about those things anymore. I had read "Ask and it is Given" to try and find some meaning in what my life had just presented to me. I threw it away and forgot for a while longer until I realised I had a little baby to get up for and a beautiful mother to honor in memory. So I took that book back out and I studied it. I went to the Abraham Hicks forum and read every single post. I watched every YouTube video I could find. And I wrote out everything that was upsetting me, just like I asked CarpeDiem to do. I was at the very bottom of that scale. And I worked my way up. It took about a month to sit in the lower emotions, and to really flesh out my feelings. But I did it, and strangely, as I got higher up the scale I felt glimpses of hope that I'd not felt for a LONG time. And as that happened, I was also reading the Power and Magic books. I did the gratitude exercises religiously. At first I couldn't think of ANYTHING to be grateful for. My friend would say "the roof over your head" and I would say "whatever, yup, grateful. Not!" I was very distressed to say the least! But as I began to understand that we really do create our own reality, I knew I had to tidy up my thinking. I released a LOT of resistance through doing just about every exercise in those books, and I truly started to feel a shift in my overall mood. We are here to experience contrast so that we can use it to fuel our desires, and to keep reaching for more in our lives. So I've come to view situations as blessings and not necessarily disasters as I used to. I don't complain anymore. I am so careful with what I think and write and say. I try to be positive always. I try to spread kindness. I am grateful for EVERYTHING these days.. The sunset, nature, money that comes my way, friends that come into my life.. All of it. I reframe everything.. If I love what happens I exaggerate it 😊 If it's not so great I delete it and choose a different story to tell about it. Every day I meditate, I visualise, I exercise, and I practice kindness wherever I go. I no longer take things personally, and I no longer enter into work dramas. I pre-pave, meaning I visualise my upcoming meetings etc so that I can practice a steady vibration while I'm still comfy in my pyjamas! 😜 My days have been so much smoother, and lovely things now happen all the time.. Perhaps they were happening anyway but I never noticed, because I was never really in the vibrational frequency of "lovely things." In the shower I sometimes play a  game where I think of 3 outrageous things I would love.. Like chocolate waterfalls, or clouds you can touch.. I pretend that I have $100,000  to spend each day. That is FUN! I have a vortex playlist. I script my perfect day, with ridiculously  good things happening.. And you know, sometimes they come true! I walk around saying (in my mind or everyone will think I'm delusional) "Thank you, I love you." Thank you, I love you stars, you are incredible tonight. Thank you, I love you little old lady driving at 2 miles/hr so that I can look around me and see the beautiful world and feel the sun on my face.. You have ENDLESS opportunities to appreciate and practice gratitude each day, and when you do it, LOA matches you up with wonderful things to play with. I'm not totally there yet, but I'm on my way and if I can get there, so can we all! I'm happy to help everyone along the way 😘

Do you like the "Power" and "Magic" books?  Are they much different than "The Secret" book?  Just askinig becasue I am wondering if I should buy these books or just check them out from the library!

What did you think of  "Ask and It Is Given"? 

Have you ever scripted about a person you were trying to attract back into your life?  Did it work?

Yes, I liked them both, but just get them from the library and do the exercises that resonate with you.
The Magic has 28 practices that are meant to help you raise your vibration by practicing gratitude and such. I really enjoyed doing those and still utilise some of them.

Ask and it it Given is my absolute favourite! If you only ever read one more  book, let it be that! 😜

Scripting definitely helps me to raise my vibration. I pretend I've just arrived back from a date etc.. At first I was doing these things to try and gain a response from my guy. That didn't work, because I was still focused on the absence of him! So instead I began scripting with the sole intention of feeling good for that 10 mins or so. Not to make something happen!  I thoroughly enjoyed it. And funnily, when I look back at some of the things I have written, they have actually transpired exactly as I'd scripted.. But never when I was trying to force a response from my guy. Only afterwards when I was vibrationally flying high and happily doing my own thing. I hope this helps 😘

Thanks for the info! I am trying to save money, so I will try to check out those books from the library. 

Did scripting help with attracting a guy even when you weren't "trying"....?

Can you give an example of something you might write in your journal......?
