If we create absolutely EVERYTHING, then I would like to get my head around understanding this.
My last job that I started January 2016 was a nightmare. I took it as I thought it would be amazing and I didn’t like the one I had before that. My line manager was hopeless, I had no induction, thrown in the deep end, of course I made mistakes and when I didn’t know how to do something, I had the work taken off me rather than be shown how to do it. She failed to support me, have meetings with me, and rang in sick when we were due to have them. Most of the colleagues were irritating and it was a really bad fit.
I started a new job at the beginning of February which is a total polar opposite. Great colleagues, I like the work, I like the people and there isn’t anything I don’t like. Everything has worked out amazingly and I've had nothing but positive feedback from everyone.
I’m the same person who walked into this new job as walked into the last one and I can’t say I changed my attitude that much when starting this new role, except I was (maybe) more negative about starting the job in 2016, worrying I wouldn’t be able to hack it, but I expected a positive, supportive and professional environment and I didn’t get it. When I started this job, I was a little nervous, but everything worked out perfectly.
So how did I “create” these annoying colleagues and managers (seeing as they were there before I was) and then create amazing ones? I’d love to know!!!

I also remember how much negative thinking, fear and doubt you had before this job. At times, I felt like things aren't as instant as we are made to believe. Neither is the "we create everything" as literal as we are made to believe.

Yes I didn't create my work colleagues, they were there before I was!
