Wanting to be with an ex doesn't mean someone doesnt have self respect. You can still love yourself and treat yourself well.
You can't help who you fall for and like I've said countless times, the reason you have these desires is because they are meant to be fulfilled, what you want, wants you too.

You can't just say **** it to a desire if its something really true to your heart.
