Letting Go and Anxiety

I struggle with a part that many also have trouble with: letting go. I am able to let go for small periods of time and attract small things. However, my anxiety makes me keep thinking of the things I try to let go and block me from attracting bigger things. I feel like I am having a inner battle with myself and I keep losing. Does anyone have any tips on how they conquered this?

Just keep in mind that being attached to your desire will not make your desire manifest. Its actually just pushing if further away. The anxiety kicks in because there is some doubt in you that this whole LOA thing might not work. But it does. You just got to have faith.

Whenever I get a thought I dont like to have, I just let it enter my mind ans try not to feel any emotions while doing so. And than I tackle it and replace it with the thought Id love to have. At some point the thougt wont return, as it doesnt get any emotional attention from you.

When you think of something you actually dont want to think about and you start panicking, stressing and thinking "oh noooo This is wronggg" youre actually feeding that thought and it will come back untill you acknowldedge it.

Hi Cderty..I have had the same problem for a long time. I realized I lack trust. I am able to manifest cupcakes, clothing, etc but not my guy and it's because I struggled with accepting that LOA does work for everything..it's not selective.

In order to successfully let go, I am monitoring my thoughts and feelings on a daily basis and telling myself that I can go 48 hours without worrying and at the end of it, I reward myself! Like last night I had wine and a cupcake. I know it might sound silly but I was actually proud of myself. Maybe you can try something like this.

Thank you for your responses. It's been a few days since I've posted this but after watching the video link , I decided it's better to 'let go' of the thought of the 'bigger' thing I want to manifest. Not only that, it has also decreased my anxiety.

Manifesting small things like a cupcake for a reward is a good idea! I'll have to try that method of blocking out ALL negativity for 48 hours and reward myself with a cookie, haha.

What I found the most humourus, is that for a 'side goal' I've been trying to manifest my crush. He and I good friends and chat daily but never really asks about how I feel. I have 'let go' of the idea of 'us." Yesterday he asked why I have been looking so anxious lately and told him I was just worrying about our projects and such. Truth is, he has been giving me anxiety because I'm trying to manifest 'our' relationship.

My overall view, two things need to happen for
to have a 100% Manifesting success: Letting Go and Trust.

Hi Cderty! I'm happy to hear that you will be rewarding yourself and trying out the 48 hour method. I find it easier to try these short intervals of being positive and then I just keep adding to it. And, then it will just become a habit!

I completely agree with your overall view! That is key and I trust that you can do this!
