    Feeling defeated

    I no bought I was doing well, my ex had started speaking to me again and I'm getting attention from others but seen today that my ex has changed his profile pic to one of him with his new girlfriend, he never did that when we were together and we were getting married, he left me 3 months before our wedding!! I feel like giving up and just letting him go!

    why are you letting a single picture bring you down? You need to forgive and forget the past and continue to focus on the desired outcome.

    That's true! Suppose it's just because it makes me think that he is happy with her and no way of him coming back to me. We all work together so I have to see them together everyday so it's not actually anything g new to me, guess it just gutted me as we were in a very serious relationship and his profile pic was never of the 2 of us
