I think I just had my first successful manifestation.
All of the sudden tonight, I got this aching pain in my back, going all the way up to my teeth.
I couldn't sit or lay down. The pain was so intense.
I tried to lay down on the floor, stretching my back out.
Nothing helped.
So finally I got into bed, lay down and just kept affirming "my back is fine", "there's nothing wrong with my back", "my body is well" etc.
10-15 mins. later my back was just about painfree.
What do you guys think?
