So I met a great friend who became close to my heart. He has a wonderfull gf and they are great together.
But recently I discovered (since we became close), that sometimes negative thoughts about his relationship pop into my head.
What shall I do? I want my bf back, I don't want to destroy someone else's relationship. About the bf back, I am ok, visualising when I can, I focus on my studies, writting and my happiness. Yet sometimes I feel like nothing is happening, even though it certainly is. I really love this guy. How is everybody else doing?

Don't bring your negative thoughts and feelings to them. That's really the only way I see you being able to harm their situation is if they are around you speaking on your negative thoughts.
