So I know I'm always asking and asking so many questions here and so many people have messaged me and responded to my posts so I just wanted to ask you all if this is what I'm supposed to do: ignore "current reality" as in don't give the unwanted situation any attention, only focus on the desired reality and act and think like I already have it? Is that what everyone is doing?

Yes, that's it. Whereat I would say (and there are people who see that differently) that only mental action is needed in the sense of thinking the right thoughts and keep your mind focused.
Ask yourself "How would I feel, if I had my desire now? What thoughts would I think? What thoughts wouldn't I think?". Shut out everything that happened and is/is not happening right now and create what you want in your mind. Be consistent and that's it, that's the whole secret.

But Sanshi what if you can't visual properly or the images in your mind are kinda broken up like you see bits and pieces but can't visualize a whole scene? I hope that made sense

You don't have to visualise clearly to manifest something, it's the thought that's the important part. The visualisation itself couldn't exist without the thought being there.Β

Doesn't matter at all. You still think about it, right? You know what it is you are visualising.

Thank you! I'm hoping that I'm finally understanding this now and can actually apply it to my everyday thinking.
