    Can you beat an addiction with Low? I bite my nails and would really like to stop but have no will power

    Yes you can. Don't focus on the addiction. Long up online at the nails you would like and maybe treat your self to new nail varnish. Give thanks that you have already beaten this addiction

    No, you can't beat anything with LoA. What you resist persists and wanting to beat something sounds very much like resistance. Stop calling it addiction. Stop giving it power over you. It can only survive, because you believe in it.
