First of all, stop putting energy in writing this stories down. It serves no purpose.

You have to understand that it is just a reflection of your state of consciousness. You can't really ignore it, because you always focus on something and if you try to focus on ignoring your reality, your focus is on your reality. That doesn't help. Look at a child when it is playing. It doesn't see a reality. It's completey imerged in what it is doing. If you could imerge yourself in the same way in thoughts and images that aren't based on your reality... Nobody can force you to base your thoughts on reality.

What's the best way to do that if it's not by trying to ignore it? I tried it with 'how would it feel if he's visiting me now' and stuff like that

Re: These rollercoaster ride is killing me...

I have repeated it to all of you over and over and over again for months, so that it is the first thought I have, when I wake up. I know it with every fiber of my being. I'm able to catch myself before I get into any downward spirals, because I listen to my feelings.

Yeah I guess you're the big teacher of this forum haha maybe you should open another one 'sanshi's teachings' I'm sure you would have a big fanbase :D
No seriously I cherish your help a lot!

But would you do in a situation like mine? If you think you would play with him (or for normal people meet up or something) and he comes much later than you expected him to come? I mean how can I react to it? I know it wasn't the right choice to react angry but what should I do instead? Acting sleeping and just ignore his text? Idk...

I'm loosely thinking about how to make a living from it right now.

I would look at my feelings at first and figure out which thought I thought that made me feel angry. Then I would look for the perspective my Inner Being has towards it. That would resolve the anger, I would feel better and seemingly not react at all. I would know that I attracted his behaviour anyway. That's the theory at least. ;D

Lol i would love that! Maybe you should make a YouTube channel *.*

Haha yeah ... the theory ... you would laugh if you see my photo album on my phone there are so many things you said to me and i try to remember if something like that happens. For example right now I remember that you said that he's not the cause of my feeling it's only me if I would have remember it in that moment I guess we wouldn't have a fight at all ^^...
maybe I should read all your texts before I answer him in the future lmao

Re: These rollercoaster ride is killing me...

I don't know, if anyone would understand me, if I try to talk in English.
Yeah, you probably wouldn't.

Lol..It's a great idea. "Hey honey, maybe I'm angry with you. Give me half an hour to figure that out. Have some reading to do."

Re: These rollercoaster ride is killing me...

I'm German. I'm used to writing, but not to talking.

It really is a matter of not following your old patterns, but to be aware of your emotional reaction and catch yourself before blindly following your programming.

WAAAAAAAAAS?!?
