So, I've been doing the Lanie method for a little over a week now and I find that I enjoy it very much. However, I did notice today that I find myself thinking from time to time "I need to do it again," as if I hadn't done enough before. Those thoughts were starting to make it feel like a bit of a chore. SO, I'm going to do a session at night before I go to bed when I'm relaxed and let go and just enjoy anything and everything throughout the day. That's living "as if," right? I mean, since we're back together, my mind will think of her lovingly, but be focused on other things that make me happy Β This will go a long way in helping me release any remaining attachment issues as well, I think.

That's so true, and this is where I need to be. I have to know. We are already back together. So I can either visualize or RS when I wake up Then go on with the rest of my day working on myself and doing things I enjoy
