Everyday thoughts

So since out thoughts are supposed to match the ones in our desires reality what exactly are we thinking through out the day? We can only repeat "I love my boyfriend" "I'm in a loving relationship" so many times. Can someone give me some examples of elaborate so it's a little more clear? Thanks

Re: Everyday thoughts

You don't have to think about him all day, you just have to avoid every thought that contradicts your desire.

What I'm working on right now is to spend less and less of my thoughts based on reality. It's a very stupid habit do think about reality all day every day, because it's the reflection of our thoughts. It's completely backwards. Go back to your childhood. Fantasize about whatever it is you would enjoy the most right now. Don't be at work, but fly over the forest or whatever. Train yourself in a completely new way of thinking. In my opinion, it isn't enough to change a thought here and there. It's at least not enough, if you want to become the deliberate creator with full control over their experience you intended to be.

Re: Everyday thoughts

I don't randomly say things like "I love my boyfriend".Β  If I see his picture or something then I'll say something like " ____ and I have a great relationship" or "My boyfriend is so handsome."Β  If I ever think of him while I'm driving or doing something else - instead of thinking "boy I wish he'd call me"...I fantasize him being with me.

Otherwise, I'm focused on whatever else I"m in the middle of.

Sorry I still don't really understand. I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be thinking I just know I need to not be thinking contradictory thoughts. I'm just a bit confused because I agree that changing a thought here and there isn't enough so what exactly is enough? I'm sorry I have a hard time with absorbing things and really understanding them

Re: Everyday thoughts

Listen to your feelings. When you feel good, you are on the right track.
