Just relax and be the best version of you..eventualy  she will disappear in your mind and when you to end up togeter in his too! But you need to be patient and give yourself time so that your subconscious replaces her with you.

@jenbeckley. It does matter if they know rs or loa. The only one that has influence on your reality is you. No one can influence you unless you let them.

Chances are quite big that she doesn't. I'm not saying it is impossible for her to know. If she does than the one who is more aligned has him..that's just my teory..some so not agree with me and say you and I can have relationship with the same person at the same time.

Im having this problem too. I stay out of social media and still I imagine them together. It feels horrible and I try to keep it out of my head but it keeps popping up.
Im trying to think of something else instead, hopefully with enough practice, Ill stop thinking negatively all together
