Because your vibe reflects it. It might not be exactly what you imagined, but it's always a match vibrationally.
In that case, it's not that reality reflects your beliefs, it reflects your vibes? And if we didn't get what we imagined (believed in), wouldn't that mean our vibes were off?

Reality most certainly does reflect your beliefs. You get exactly what you TRULY BELIEVE, not what you sit and visualise. If you aren't getting what you want in life, then you're absolutely correct- your vibe is off. But your vibe is directly affected by whatever you actually choose to believe as true.
Again, give us an example?

I attracted an interview for a job I never thought I would get an interview for. I kept telling myself there was too much competition, too much time passed, and they won't interview me so I need to move on. Despite this belief, I got the interview.

I am not sure why you felt the need to come on here to spew your negativity and share your Debbie Downer vibe. You sound very bitter & jaded...that doesn't give you the right to say the things you've stated here.
Yeesh, it's just her opinion, she was polite about it, and she does have the right to speak her mind like we all do. How we choose to react is up to us. There are plenty of sad and negative posts on this forum, but I didn't feel that this is one of them at all.

Did you get the job?

what a downer. But I chose to believe in LOA. To many success stories prove it works.

So you went to an interview, telling yourself there was too much competition, too much time passed, you needed to move on.. And you didn't get the job. So you were a perfect match to not getting the job. Wonderful example of how your beliefs dictate your experience.

I didn't believe I'd get the interview. Still got it, was very surprised. With my thinking, I shouldn't have gotten it at all. There were many other times when I didn't believe that something good would happen but I got the result I wanted, and vice versa.
