I forgot to mention! I have OCD which is characterized by intrusive unwanted uncontrollable thoughts. That scare you. And that are exactly what you don't want to think AE. "Dad dying." " lover saying he is with someone else." SO LOA has become kind of frightening for me. They love to play over the thoughts you want to have louder then the good ones. And they become repetitive.. So LOA is all about what you think will appear in the real world.. so my OCD takes that as a chance to party and start throwing out every thing I don't want to think.. which makes me a nervous wreck.. :S I talked to Veronica and she said to just let them float away.. but they keep coming back when I try to visualize... I wish I was a person who didn't have this mental health disorder. It makes LOA terrifying instead of a fun process... I have been trying to find help with this because I do want to do the 25 day get your ex back challenge... But its becoming scary. I don't want to give up... I need some help. I wish I would have never learned that you can manifest bad things.. because my OCD took that as a challenge.. Any encouragement or advice...?

How does someone with OCD take control of their thoughts... and visions..

I think if anything when LOA has been studied and practiced with the best and positive intentions there is no such thing as illness. Cancers have been cured, sight has been restored with LOA. There is nothing it cannot achieve and manifest. Since you have just started things are still getting figured out. You have to learn to switch your reality and not hurry. I know it can be hard because we want our SP back like yesterday but how would you feel if you manifested them back only to lose them again because your vibration was negative? We can no longer allow our mental illnesses to control our lives (I used to have depression and now it's just anxiety) It is the reason my love and I weren't together. I stopped letting it control me. Everyone finds their own way of doing that. So you will too. Trust the process, don't rush it and talk to yourself when you are feeling that fear, it really helps because you are confronting it and growing instead of retreating and allowing it to rear its ugly head. Just like Veronica said it will float away but these things require work. They require reprogramming and forgiving your past, forgiving your love and moving on.Β
It isn't LOA that is terrifying, it is the fact that if you didn't feel the fear, if you don't allow yourself to be controlled by it, that you might actually be happy, you won't be defined as a person with OCD. These things require strong commitment and time.Β

Everything within reality is your creation. So you having OCD is just a story you tell yourself that isn't really beneficial. You could even say goodbye to your personality structure. So, drop that story and it shouldn't be in your way anymore.
