So I only discovered LOA a few weeks ago and as some of you may know, the whole purpose I joined in the first place is to attract my ex back. The first 3 weeks I was very focused and determined. I did everything I could and I felt amazing. I had a few fall backs here and there but I'm slowly grasping the concept more. 
For anyone who is finding it hard to focus, sometimes it's best to take a step back and re-evaluate. 
Make yourself feel good before thinking about you love again.
Find ways such as scripting, affirming or visualization and do anything that makes you feel good. 

At first I was very confused with visualization and affirming. I only managed to do it 3-4times successfully. I was panicking that I couldn't see my man's face properly or if I was doing it right etc... but then as I read more and realised, my thoughts create things. If in my heart I know it's him, if in my heart I say it's him then it doesn't matter. As long as the feelings are there. I realised scripting was my stronger suit. It helps me change my way of thinking easier and helped with visualization instead.It put me in a good mood. There is no right or wrong way of doing things as long as you are happy. Your thoughts create things so just take it lightheartedly and treat it like a you're creating a movie of your lifetime. Create that dream reconciliation with your love. Create that date or holiday, honeymoon or wedding. Whatever you want. Life is like a game and you only lose if you take it too seriously with expectations and stress. Just relax and go with it. Never give yourself a time limit since it can pressure you. Daydream and feel the joy and fun and it'll catch up in this reflection eventually.

I think a lot of the times when something is sooo important to us we get scared we won't get it, we get scared we'll lose and so we experience lack etc... But if we attracted our loves once, we can do it over and over and over again. It just depends how much you want it. There is an infinite chance if you let yourself be given those chances. And with that I'm off to script and then do everything that makes me happy.

I say all this but I myself still have a long way to go but I know as I keep growing and using LOA my way it is going to be amazing, I'm going to be fulfilled with my man back in my arms, my car in my driveway, and a new job on it's way. Have a good day.
