Hello Me again.
I'm really struggling. Just HOW do I get into the vibration of having my ex as my boyfriend?
I've tried meditating but I fall asleep sometimes whilst doing it.
I affirm that he loves me but I struggle to add feeling.
Please can someone help me and explain
a, how to feel happier and get into the right vibration. What do I need to do?
b, Is it normal and ok to fall asleep during meditation and visualising and Remote Seduction.

I never fall asleep in the middle of it. Maybe try doing it earlier. You also need to have things going on your life that you enjoy so that he isn't the main focus point.

A. How do you feel happier? Well make a decision right now. Put a smile on your face for no reason. It increases the oxygen flow and endorphins and you FEEL happier. How much do you know about LOA? I'm sorry I am not sure how familiar you are with LOA but what you need to know is that it cannot be rushed from the vibration you are currently on.Educate yourself about LOA and the amazing power it provides IF you believe and know you can achieve anything you believe. Check out Abrahams E.G.S in Ask and it is Given. Figure out where you stand there and start focusing on moving up the scale first. Focus on the reality where you have your amazing relationship with your Love and shift from there. This includes being selfish for the time being and doing things you enjoy doing and feeling good about your life. If you are continually coming from a place of panic then there is no way that you will ever be on the vibration to attract the best version of your Love.
B. It is absolutely okay to fall asleep during meditation and visualization. It actually is proven to help reprogram your subconscious into believing whatever it is that you are meditating and visualizing about. When we fall asleep we enter an Alpha state and that's how new thoughts an ideas can penetrate our once negative subconscious. I personally don't love RS but I'm sure it works the same way.

A form of self love that I use is that at the end of each night, I write down 5 things from that day that I am grateful for. I also write down something that made me laugh. It helps to train me to look at things in a more warm light.

That's the trouble though, I have tried it earlier. I've tried it at all times of the day and for some reason I drift off.
