I find it really hard to know when you are happy, i am home most of the time so i don't know if i am happy or not, i don't feel bad but does that mean i am happy? And how can you be happy all the time ? I try but its so exhausting.. Can Anyone relate to that?

When you are happy, you know it. There are many feelings between feeling bad and being happy. Look up the emotional guidance scale and maybe you can define better what your emotional setpoint is at the moment.
Your emotions are a feedback mechanism which is tied to your thoughts. So, to be happy most of the time, you have to think thoughts that are in alignment with your higher truth. Happiness is only a side product of thinking the right thoughts.

Happiness to me is just feeling so satisfied. Nothing or no one can say anything to me that can affect me. It is knowing that I am 100% aligned with myself. I don't "need" anyone to make me feel better than I already do. You walk with more confidence, believe in yourself and you just feel like the best version of yourself.Β
I agree with Sanshi, The Emotional Guidance Scale is a great way to start and confront your true emotional state at this time. Also, once you do that you can begin to move up the scale even just one step is better than where you were previously. It is really helpful to listen to uplifting and motivating material as well. I find Abraham and Neville are the best! Also, I really like reading other peoples stories on here of their own success.Β
