Today has been a great day of relaxation and I'm incredibly thankful. I woke up this morning without anxiety but with the desire still in my heart. A sign my resistance is actually starting to truly go away. I know in my heart she loves me and is mine. I always send her unconditional love. Last night I had the most wonderful visualization with my love and it felt so vivid and even carried over into my dreams. We were together and very happy. I like to use my dreams as a barometer since I feel they're a subconscious reflection. With that I know this is happening.
