A specific person
Can you still attract a specific person even if you haven't met them yet?
A while a go I was talking to this guy on an online dating app and we talked for a couple of weeks but haven't spoken since. I understand he's really busy but I was just wondering can I still attract meeting up with him even though we've not met yet and haven't spoken in a while?

Of course! The fact that you haven't met him yet gives you an advantage in the sense that you may not have any emotional attachment to him. Put the intent out there that you'd like to hear from him again, visualize receiving a message (and feel the feels that you'd have when you receive that message), and then go on about your day.

Yes. It's the same as, for example, seeing a dress in a shop you like or a car you like - you may not get the dress or the car on the spot or see the dress or the car everyday - and yet you can still attract receiving the dress, car, specific person etc.
You do so by drawing the experience of having the desired thing/person to you through your imagination of having that experience and actually experiencing it (the getting/having the dress, car, specific person) in your imagination
