Do NOT give up.

It's been a couple months, and yesterday I decided to text my ex. Yeahp, I shouldn't have, yet I still did and to be honest, I don't regret it. I feel like sometimes things like this have to happen in order for one to step back a bit and relax. That's what happens with LOA, once you start to obsess and think you can force the situation and it backfires just a bit. ( I've done this in the past  and opps, I did it again!) You have to just trust the universe and know that everything will happen at its given time. Although I could have been mad at myself and sad knowing that his response could've been different, I'm actually doing fine. I am content right now and happy knowing that everything is going to be okay and I guess that's what I'm trying to advise anyone who is feeling frustrated, mad, sad, anxious, worried, or feeling like giving up.  Don't be upset, and most importantly don't give up.

You have to trust yourself, and trust that everything will be fine regardless of how certain situations go. Take a breath, cry it out if you have to because it's important to feel emotion. Yes, you have to stay positive but also letting yourself feel what's inside is important as well. It is OK to cry, or be sad, but don't let these feelings consume you. Let it happen - feel it as much as you want and then pick yourself up again. Don't let this situation get the best of you - it's about getting yourself back into vibration and knowing you have a clean slate a new beginning!

I decided to list down some things that have helped me get back on track. And yes, it is possible to get back on track after a rough situation, it's all about re- shifting your thoughts here are some tips that have helped me along the way:

Re-shifting my thoughts to myself. Whenever I feel like I am thinking wayyyy to much about my partner I simply think about how I can improve myself mentally, physically, etc. Doing so brings me more thoughts about self health and it makes me think about going to the gym, eating healthier, relaxing, going out for a walk, and / or taking a bath. In the process of doing this, try avoid being on your cell phone and just live in the moment, take some deep breaths and dive deep in whatever it is you are doing.

Writing - Writing helps a lot! If you feel stuck, try writing another desire down besides getting your partner back. Remember,  you are trying to get back on track which means you are NOT trying to forget about your partner but also you're not trying to obsess about him/ her either. What is another desire of yours? Don't be afraid to dream BIG write it down and hang it up somewhere or leave it in a place only you know of.

Listening to music is a MUST. Music has helped me SO many times especially when I get myself in situations like texting my partner! haha Listen to uplifting music or any music that you know will help you shift your energy. Dance if you're feeling it too. If you're in the car, blast the music and sing out loud and don't worry about the person next to you. If you're home even better! Dance as you make your way to the bathroom, washing dishes or cleaning your room. Don't worry about what your family members / roommates etc will say they'll probably even join you if they see you are happy!

Watch some funny shows or movies or inspirational youtube videos.

I've noticed that at times when I get stuck, I quickly go to youtube and search up more LOA videos which only gets me more anxious, so try to hold on to this for a bit. Maybe try searching these videos when you know you won't obsess. Remember you are trying to avoid getting obsessed with getting your partner back -so looking up LOA videos right away probably isn't the best.

What I do is watch funny shows on Netflix, or I watch some YouTube vlogs. ( travel, makeup, fitness, cooking) You will automatically see how your energy will shift! You'll catch yourself laughing / smiling, and during these moments you will realize that everything is perfectly okay. Sometimes what you need is to just sit back relax and laugh your ass off!

One last tip I have that I do before going to sleep is to pray. If you don't pray that's okay, talking out loud to the universe, or simply to yourself can help. This is very therapeutic for me because I am letting myself be vulnerable and I am letting everything go. I speak about my day from morning to night and I go over certain things that went well as well as the bad. Also I make sure to say (3) things that I am grateful for  (3) things that went well and (1) things I could improve on.  You can adjust these statements to your likings, however I've noticed that these statements have helped me reflect on life and it makes me see how full of love I am at the current moment. It's important that as you are working to manifest your desires that you also be grateful for what you have at present moment. Remember that being grateful is important, so try not to skip this step!

I know this is a pretty long post however I hope this helps someone. I know the feeling of being stuck, and not knowing where to go after encountering a sticky situation, so don't give up - if I am able to get back on track than so can you!  Remember to not give up, take some deep breaths, focus on yourself, and do things that make you smile! These situations also teach you lessons, so trust that it is leading you somewhere great!

Sending you all love. xo

Re: Do NOT give up.

Thanks for that. A few key phrases were exactly what I needed right now.

"Self-abandonment. That is the secret. We have to abandon ourselves to the state, in our love for the state, and in so doing live the life of the state and no more our present state. And to make the state alive, one must become it."

My situation has taken a while as well but I've learned so much throughout the process. Keep your head up! xo

Re: Do NOT give up.

This has exactly happened  to me! I messaged him yesterday and the conversation seemed polite but yeah, it wasn't what I wanted and hoped for.

I had a sad moment and I have had thoughts today where I just think 'what is the point', but i reflected and I just know I was being impatient and having a down moment and he probably sensed it too.

I still think of him and just love him and imagine good things but I've been trying to not think about it too much either - it's hard!

So glad I got to as this though.. I'm glad I'm not alone

These moments are probably the best for you. They are allowing you to let go of resistance! I love my partner still very much however I know that I have to work on myself during this time and I'm sure he does too.

Let yourself grow. Let him focus on himself too and trust me everything will turn out how it's supposed too.

Love. xo
