Why all challenges are 30 days? Why no more or less? People which create challenges have a experience that all things can be manifest in one month?

According to some researchers, it takes a minimum of approximately 21 days to form a new habit.
21 days of repeated, persistent and comsistent discipline and routine - whether that routine be physical (exercise regime, dietary regime) or purely mental (changing one's thoughts which therefore leads to changing one's beliefs).
Perhaps this is the basis and foundation of the "30."

As Mave said it's probably to do with it taking 20+ days to form a new habit, so I guess 30 days is just to ensure you're aligned better? That's what I think anyway.Β
