Is seeing/hearing their name & stuff they like a sign?
I'm still learning a lot about LOA even though I like to think I'm fairly adept at manifesting things of "smaller" things such as drinks, food and material items in general, like today I needed to get a new mirror and my mother brought one home for me, without asking.
I'm on the 25 day challenge for structure and routine, I write daily journals, script and visualise. I know I'm on the right vibration because I've had people gravitate towards me and it's been nothing put positivity, I was also told that on this forum. I stopped asking for signs and seeking them intentionally because that only stressed me out but for the past few days I've seen/heard his name online and offline and stuff he's into keeps popping up, it's made me feel at ease being reminded of him and I'm just wondering if this is the universe's subtle way of saying "Carry on". I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense, I'm always on a journey to learn something.

I don't believe in signs anymore. The universe isn't telling you anything, else it could simply deliver and save some work. 
I think "signs" are nothing else than manifestations. You focus on something, it comes. You focus on something with resistance, something that is close to what you want manifests, but only in a form in which you let it in. You have probably no resistance towards seeing his name, because you know that other people can have the same name. So that's the crack of least resistance through which the universe is able to reflect back to you where your vibration is. Getting signs for me means that you have still resistance going on.

I was adicted to signs on the past, but like you, I decided to stop asking for signs and suddenly I start to see her name every day 
I don't know if signs means something or if we atract it, but If we can atract names or little things, I think whe can atract much bigger stuff, because the easy or difficult things to attract, depend on us
I hope you can understand me because I have some problems with my english :s

Same thing is happening since we talked yesterday. I used to see his name from time to time but not that much (where I live it is not a common name at all).
But since our contact yesterday two people shared a thing on Facebook with either an interview with a guy who has my love's nickname or a picture with a celebrity with my love's name too written on the picture.
It is quite funny. Cause it just popped in my face.

His name and stuff he likes will pop up on social media occasionally when I'm not actively seeking signs, I'm just seeing it as encouragement at this stage.
