Story of a past Success with a specific person

I thought I'd share this story because it was perfect law of attraction in attracting a specific person. I may have shared it before but for those of you who are new to the forum, this might give you some inspiration
One day years ago I met a boy in an unusual circumstance. He was a friend of people who I didn't know very well but we met during a show that we were both taking part in and I was introduced to him even though I had a vague idea of his name and who he was. I remember that day I thought 'wow, he's attractive, I like him....one day I will have my chance with him'. I didn't think it would be that day at all because he didn't show much interest in me and he wasn't part of my friends circle and I had no real chance to come in contact with him at that time. Years passed and I had no more interactions with him. I kind of forgot about him to an extent and my attraction to him. A couple of years later, I met him again at college where he was studying in my building. He had changed a bit, he wasn't the exact same boy I met a few years previously, he was much more in tune with me and my personality. We became friends but nothing more for a short while. One day after a few months of light friendship, I was out with him one night and I decided to kiss him (I was drinking). Nothing happened and it was a very short kiss and we didn't talk about it again so I thought 'oh well, whatever'. A year passed. I lost my attraction to him pretty much entirely and just saw him as a friend. Then, on a winter's day, he asked me if I would be interested in going out with him. He told me that he had started to think of me as more than a friend. I politely turned him down. I then remembered that thought I had of him all those years ago....'One day, we will have our chance'. I was certain. I wasn't counting on it, but I was certain. It came.Β
A big part of attracting a specific person is you have to not COUNT on it. Meaning you can't just wait and wait for that day thinking 'come on....it has to come soon...come on why isn't it coming??' You actually have to live life without counting on it but being certain it will come. It's so hard because of all our emotions when we really want someone, especially when we had them before. I never had him before, so I kind of felt , it would be cool to have a chance with him but I can be without him. When you connect to someone, you start to count on them being there more. You start to wait for that day they'll come back. But waiting for that day doesn't work. You can't count on them coming back. You have to be certain they will and then go about your life. You have to be patient for divine timing. That boy took years to come to me, but he needed those years to get to the right vibration where he fit with mine easily. He needed to mature and grow and then he started liking me. I turned him down because I loved someone else but had I not loved someone else, I may very well have dated him.Β
When I kissed this boy, my vibe was a bit wonky towards him. I was coming out of a break up and I was a bit desperate. That's why he didn't jump at the chance then to ask me out. When he did ask me out, I wasn't desperate and I wasn't looking for something to make me feel better. Sometimes time really is our ally for our vibrations.Β

That's so true.
