It might sound so simple... but I think it can help get your vibe up...but take a nice little walk or spend some time outside... just hanging out.. especially if it's nice out.. or go for a swim or exercise... I notice those things really push my vibe high

The vibration of nature is very high and you can do what you want, nature won't let you bring its vibe down, so you have to join the high vibe of nature. ;) I take a walk nearly every and it always makes me feel good. I see so many things to appreciate and it's so relaxing.

It's an amazing feeling.. I love either walking or during my walk, just sitting down on a bench listening to my ipod it's so relaxing..

You just made me think about it. Isn't it interesting that we take a walk without having a destination? We just do it for the pleasure of the journey.

This is why I enjoy walking at the gym on the treadmill. I put my music on, people watch, and just let my mind wander. I tend to daydream the most when I'm on the treadmill. People think I'm there to exercise on, but really I'm there to get lost in my own head!
