I'd just like to add as well that often if you're 'tired' and you notice negative thoughts, try not to follow them, and take a nap instead, watch a good movie etc. Sometimes rest is all that is needed.

That's very true. I think that is what happened yesterday. But I also wonder whether hormones and cycles influence feelings like that. I assume they do.
