I've slipped way down

My cafe/bar is not allowed to open for four weeks at least I got the upsetting call this morning our lawyers won't let us I cried on the phone to my manager and she was close to tears herself.
I didn't get hardship for my car. I have slipped so far down. I've worked so hard for everything and I don't know how to pick me up.
