Yep, and I still have my vibrational work as well.
But isn't it great that being a superhero is a nice starting point, in other words, I'm okay with being here right nowΒI have vibrational envy . Eventually I'll get there - there's just a lot of movement on my end these days and I just don't know where to focus. I feel like a dog running after its own tail at times.
Focus on something that has nothing to do with your guy. I never liked hearing that phrase and now I use it myself..lol. But the reason I've never liked it is because I didn't understand it. It's not about giving up on your desire, but about raising your vibration to make it easier to bring your desire to you. Look at everything that is beautiful. Look around in nature and appreciate every single thing. You will feel better soon.

Exactly. You can stop for a moment to not frustrate him too much and then run again.
But let's get serious here. On a vibrational level, you know what to do. Think and feel what you prefer and it will happen. On a non-vibrational level (in fact, it's also vibrational of course, but for people who don't know anything about vibration) you send out a strong signal by being happy on your own. Men (and I guess women as well) feel it, when someone tries to make them the earth they are spinning around. Be confident, be happy, have your own life, be proud of yourself, give him the feeling that he is very lucky that he can spend time with you and watch in awe what happens.

I have a similar situation with the person I want back having a girl that he's "serious" with. I used to do all the wrong things-cyber stalk them, actually stalk them, obsess , cry, talk about them, get angry... Then I realised that for loa to work you need to be as consistently happy as possible and me being so aware and obsessed over these two people was not making me happy, i was torturing myself. So now I've trained myself finally to stop thinking of them and to catch myself when I start to and do a mindfulness exercise. As time goes on, you start to naturally feel happier and free and then you stop getting so affected by it. It loses power. Now I can begin to picture him only positively in my mind. I am also dating now and have had crushes on other people which for me, gives me confidence that I can love and be loved and I won't end up alone which became a fear after my break up..so my advice is to avoid these two people totally and start looking around you for good things to focus on instead
